The registration fee includes attendance at the presentations and panel discussions, all conference documentation, breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, cocktail receptions and dinners.  It does not include airfare or hotel accommodations.

For all of the Retreat’s social functions and professional development sessions "business/smart casual” attire is recommended.

GUEST ROOM RESERVATIONS

 


To benefit from REALpac’s preferred room rate of $205/night (Superior Room) or $225 (Deluxe Room) at the Sofitel, as well as to ensure room availability, reservations should be made by Friday, April 27th, 2012.  After April 27th, REALpac cannot guarantee a preferred rate, and reservations will be awarded on an availability (first-come-first-served) basis.

· METHOD

Individual Call In: Reservations may be made by calling the Hotel at 514-788-3042 or toll free 877-285-9001 or by e-mail at h3646-op@sofitel.com Guests must ask for group reservations and identify themselves as members of the REALpac. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  If an individual with a guaranteed reservation does not check in or cancels the reservation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the individual’s one night deposit will be forfeited or the credit card on record will be charged for one night. 

· CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time for all attendees is 3PM. Attendees may be checked in earlier depending on occupancy levels and room availability. Checkout time is 12 noon. Departure extensions are based on availability, at Hotel’s sole discretion and may be subject to additional charges.
